What is MSM?

MSM, short for Methylsulfonylmethane, is a naturally occurring sulfur compound found in plants, animals, and humans. It’s widely used in powdered form as a nutritional supplement to support joint mobility, reduce inflammation, enhance skin elasticity, and promote detoxification. Sulfur is essential for collagen, keratin, and elastin production—vital for healthy connective tissues, skin, and joints.

MSM is odorless, water-soluble, and easy to mix into water, juice, or smoothies.

Key Benefits of MSM Powder
